General Information

A cozy bathrobe is already in your room for a pleasant stay in our spa. Further towels can be found directly in the wellness area. We ask you not to "reserve" the loungers with towels.

Pool area and times

We ask you to wear swimwear in the entire pool area and shower in advance. Please observe the bathing rules.

• Early- and lane swimming: 7:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m.
• Aqua-Fitness in the holidays: 8:30 a.m. until 9:15 a.m.
• For all who love water: 9:15 a.m. until 12:00 noon
• Rest and relaxation: 12:00 noon until 3:00 p.m.
• Right of way for children to splash and splash: 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
• The day ends: 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.
• Opening hours are subject to change.

Kids
Our spa area is a place of peace and relaxation. We ask you to take this into account. Children and young people under the age of 16 are not allowed in the sauna area and may only use the pool under supervision.

All about your appointment

Appointment scheduling
Especially on weekends and special days, some applications may already be fully booked. It is therefore advisable to make reservations as early as possible.

If you have reserved an arrangement, please let us know your wishes before your arrival. We will be happy to send you a confirmation of the reserved dates.

Please note that the dates are subject to change without notice. You will receive your final schedule on arrival. Please let us know your additional wishes on the day of your arrival - especially if you are only staying with us for a few days.

Appointments
Please contact the spa reception about 5 minutes before the start of treatment so that you can prepare yourself for the treatment at your leisure. You will be picked up personally by your therapist in the Spa Lounge. We ask you to come in your bathrobe for treatment.

Your treatment
Before each treatment, our spa consultants will ask you what is particularly important to you in the context of the desired application in order to tailor it as ideally as possible to your personal needs and requirements. Please let us know during the appointment what is particularly good for you.

Cancellation

• In case of cancellation of your wellness treatment, we ask you to cancel the appointment 24 hours before the start of the treatment.
• In case of non-appearance without prior cancellation, we charge 100% of the treatment price or the application is deemed to have been taken if it is part of an arrangement.

Voucher purchase
You would like to make someone happy and give away a wellness voucher? You can decide directly for applications or rather give away a value coupon. We will be happy to advise you.

Smoking and mobile phones
The entire spa area is a non-smoking area. We also ask you to restrict your mobile phone use to other areas of the house. For your personal valuables you will find a safe in your hotel room or at the reception. For objects of value brought along, we take over we have no liability.
