The power of nature can be captured in many ways, especially on Sylt. Here you can experience all the diversity of nature - from the Wadden Sea, over the North Sea and its beaches to the forests and meadows.
From a sporting point of view, nature offers you numerous alternatives that can be exercised to perfection especially on the sea and its beaches.
For example, there are many running tracks that run on or along the beach and you know for sure that running on the sand is a special challenge. Of course there are also some wonderful running trails through the woods and along the meadows, where the wind blows around your nose.
The North Sea always offers an exciting challenge with or without sails, with kites or on boards of various sizes. Our cooperation partner the SunsetBeach Surf School Westerland/Sylt guarantees you professional training possibilities. Here you can take courses in windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing and stand-up paddling or simply rent the necessary equipment.
During the holidays we offer sports animation for the whole family. In the morning we start with aqua jogging. Depending on your choice, you can continue with beach volleyball, the trend sport slacklining, football in soccer cages or on the beach, Nordic walking, running training or personal training.
Cyclists, golfer and tennis players will also get to know and appreciate the challenges of the island.
But don't be under any illusions - on Sylt the wind almost always blows from the front!
